Huawei Named as a Leader in 2017 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management for CSPs

[Shenzhen, China, January 2, 2017] Gartner, one of the world’s leading authorities on IT research and advisory, has named Huawei as one of the ‘Leaders’ in its 2017 Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management (IRCM) for CSPs report.

The report evaluates solutions that provide billing, customer care, rating, charging, pricing, partner relationship management, policy management, mediation, self-service, analytics and other related functions.

According to Gartner, ‘Leaders’ are vendors that would normally be included on shortlists for IRCM solutions for large and midsized CSPs worldwide:

"We believe Huawei's positioning in the Leaders quadrant for the second year proves our long-term, strategic relationships with our customers," said Wilson Zang, President of Huawei Revenue Management Domain. "Over the past year, we’ve made considerable investments, including introducing new technologies with a focus on analytics, IoT, Cloud and capabilities openness to enable CSPs to transform into digital service providers.”

Huawei’s Convergent Billing System serves more than two billion subscribers from 205 CSPs across 114 countries and regions in the world.
