Huawei partners are divided into three levels: Certified Partners, Preferred Partners, and Advanced Alliance.
Each level has its own requirements and rights, including differentiated tariff preferences, technical and service support, and promotion.
The requirements for each partner level are as follows.

|Preferred Partners||Has developed at least one product on the CaaS. The revenue generated from this product exceeds 1 million RMB.|
|Advanced Alliances||Has developed at least one product on the CaaS. The revenue generated from this product exceeds 5 million RMB. Has developed at least two products on the CaaS and has put them into commercial use. The revenue generated from these products exceeds 5 million RMB.|
